The University of Texas at Arlington found Spraywall® makes infrastructure stronger.

A minimum of four times stronger, in fact. SprayWall® met AND exceeded AASHTO’s LRFD (bridge) strict design requirements, widely accepted in the United States Department of Transportation market, especially as a prerequisite for acceptance into state DOT’s culvert rehabilitation programs.

SprayWall® outlasts top competitors by an extraordinary 22% at the 50-year mark.

Begins to gel in 8 seconds and is tack-free after two minutes.

The initial cure is complete within just 60 minutes and completely cured within 72 hours.

It may be applied up to 250 mils (.25”) / 6.35 mm thick in a single application.

WHERE IT CAN BE APPLIED

SprayWall® is ideal for use on water, wastewater, stormwater rehabilitation, and on DOT projects when keeping flow and traffic disruption to a minimum is critical. It can also be used for potable water applications but will require a greater cure time.
